LIKE A SNAKE EATING ITS OWN TAIL: Stuck In The Abyss Of Their Own Morass (Part 2)

Here's the complete story of the Grand Traverse Academy's $2.33 million dollar outstanding loan in pictures. No bullshit stories about chipping away at a ten-year-old loan or how the Michigan Finance Authority won't reauthorize a loan it never issued in the first place, or how Traverse City State Bank is not happy with the Grand Traverse Academy.

The GTA board did not participate in the 2016 Michigan Finance Authority's State Aid Note loan program, and instead approved a $2.33 million bond issued on the school's behalf on September 6, 2016 by registered owner Traverse City State Bank.

A $2,341,536.74 balloon payment is due to TCSB on August 26, 2017.

The truth as told by the documents, Part 2. (Part 1 is available at this link.)

When you dig a ditch, lie in in, and cover yourself with dirt, you can't cry about how dark the world has gotten.

  1. Boy, Noss never stops weaving lies. GTA better get a hold of their finances, ditch the dirty players and start being a model school of excellence. Stop letting a cheating, stealing, money-grubbing Noss TAKE ADVANTAGE of you and have no funds for teachers and students.

People read this blog all over the country that are interested in charter schools and the Betsy DeVos corruption. Don't think you are hiding this. You will ruin that school and eventually bankrupt it, if you don't do something right now.
Board members you better damn believe the community and the country is watching to see if you will do what is right, for the children and teachers. Or if you will hang yourself by letting these corrupt individuals keep borrowing money, sliding it into their pockets and leaving you with the bill. Wake up! I know damn well you aren't blind. If he's got you by the balls so what expose his ads. You will be better off in the long run.

  2. It is sickening to think of the money that has lined the pockets of Ingersoll and Noss, while the school goes without a cafeteria, library and has one person serving as principal and superintendent. The students are the ones who have been cheated.

  3. If you want to end the corruption, it is easy. Send your children to the local public school. Put the tax dollars back into your local public school. No students, no money, no motivation for people like Noss and Ingersoll to be interested.

  4. With the amount of money that has been stolen from this school, is there a fund balance? Is this school bankrupt already? I can not imagine that teachers are earning a living. Schools, in general, can not afford to have this amount of cash missing.
